Sekarang Kekja buat apa? Untuk pertengahan tahun 2022, Kekja menjalani latihan industri dalam tempoh 5 bulan. Banyak yang Kekja nak kongsi sebagai rujukan diri dan panduan adik-adik. Terutamanya junior yang ambil kos kimia. Doakan semoga dipermudahkan urusan Kekja.

Secara ringkasnya Kekja banyak belajar tentang pengurusan diri, masa dan kewangan. Suatu suasana yang sangat berbeza berbanding menjadi seorang pelajar. Banyak lagi perkara yang Kekja nak explore dan belajar sepanjang menjalani latihan industri. 

Jangan penat belajar sebab belajar adalah sehingga roh berpisah dari jasad, bukan soal usia. Sentiasa rajin belajar dan ajarkan ilmu yang bermanfaat kepada orang lain. Fighting for another 3 months! (Sekejapnya masa berlalu, sedih la camni)

Haritu ada batuk-batuk, dan zaman Covid-19 ni pun memang orang dah lali dengan (demam, selesema, batuk, sakit tekak). Juga menjadi satu kewajipan untuk kita amalkan pengambilan Vitamin C untuk tingkatkan imun sistem (sistem pertahanan badan) and if ada 4 serangkai tu, mesti dah cepat-cepat kuarintin diri sendiri. tak kisah result saliva test tu positif atau negatif, kalau rasa ada 4 serangkai tu. Sila lah kuarintin diri sendiri. Jangan risau, kuarintin kejap je. nanti dah sihat, boleh teruskan rutin seperti biasa. 



Ini Vitamin C yang Kekja amalkan. Tahan 2 bulan tau! (180 tablets) RM 98.00

if korang rasa perlukan lebih bacaan untuk khasiat bahan, boleh google je tau! apa yang terlintas dalam kepala korang dan apa yang korang nak tahu. Google je hehehe. so kat sini Kekja nak share cara penyediaannya.


Cara penyediaan

1. Satu sudu cengkih, isi dalam gelas

2. Tambah air panas separuh gelas (kurang dari separuh gelas pun okay)

3. Biarkan sehingga 10 minit.

4. Keluarkan cengkih dari gelas 

5. Gunakan air rendaman cengkih + perah separuh lemon + 3 sudu madu

Bismillah dan selawat 3x , minum.

Hai, assalamualaikum guys! Kekja tak rasa nak bebel panjang harini. So here nak share resepi favorite Kekja. If demam, atau takde selera. Lauk ni memang pandai menggoda. lol


Bahan-bahan :

1. Bawang putih - 5 ulas*
2. Bawang besar - 1*
3. Halia - besar ibu jari* (sikit je, tak banyak)
4. Kiub maggi ayam - 2
5. Sup tulang adabi - satu paket
6. Ikan kerisi - 3 ekor
7. Kentang - 2 biji (potong panjang)
8. Garam & Ajinamoto

p/s lupa snap gambar lauk. pehal snap gambar bahan je ni? (for my future reference hahah)

Cara masak : 

1. Hiris yang bertanda *
2. Panaskan minyak yang sedikit. Tumis bawang putih dulu!
3. dah naik bau dan coklat2.. masukkan hirisan bawang besar + halia
4. masukkan kentang.
5. Goreng2 sampai kentang lembut sikit.
6. Masukkan 3 mangkuk air (supaya jadi sup) + 2 kiub maggi + garam satu sudu teh + secubit ajinamoto
7. Make sure kentang dah lembut sikit, sebab kentang lambat masak. sila cucuk dengan garfu nak tahu dah lembut ke belum.
8. Kalau kentang dah boleh cucuk, masukkan ikan!
9. Biarkan mendidih lama sampai kentang tu kalau dicucuk garfu, dia jatuh sendiri. (make sure ikan masak jugak haha lol)
10. Kemudian, siap!
