Assalamualaikum hai guys! dah bertahun-tahun berblog tapi ini kali pertama Kekja buat Segmen Bloglist! Kini tiba masanya untuk mencari 5 orang sahabat blogger pilihan Kekja sebagai bloglist baru yang akan dipaparkan pada sidebar blog Kekja. 5 blogger bertuah itu, Kekja akan review blog diorang! Detox Your Day with Kekja!

Boleh dikatakan ini adalah salah satu rutin Kekja yang Kekja suka gils! - disebut juga sebagai keperluan hidup. Sebagaimana semalam, Kekja off dari instagram & tiktok. Kenapa instagram dan kenapa tiktok? Sebab dua platform ini sahaja kalau Kekja start buka apps tu auto rasa nak baring and scroll sampai puas. Kadang rasa sekejap je, tahu-tahu dah petang. Okay bila dah sedar keadaan macam tu. I need to do something...

Kebanyakkan hari, Kekja layankan je mood nak buat apa. bermalas-malasan and sebagainya. Tapi ada satu hari yang Kekja akan off from everything "junk". Ala macam junk food lah tapi yang ni "junk activity" which is scroll social media. lol aktiviti ini tidak sihat. jangan buat selalu, nanti jatuh sakit hehek. Selalunya isu ini menghantui hidup anak muda bujang contohnya saya, uuuu mudanya. HAHAHA. dan yang kelas online dalam bilik tidur. Sila istighfar. (sebab boleh sgt kalau buka kelas kat laptop lepastu sambung tidur. so yah, you deserve to reward yourself sebab pergi kelas walaupun kadang tak mandi dan alhamdulillah ada ilmu yang dapat diserap - atleast.)

Aktiviti yang Kekja lakukan bila off dari socmed?

For this time, FOKUS SIAPKAN BIG ASSIGNMENT. Clear your mind from everything and start your work. Buat sampai siap! Alhamdulillah dah setel 3 assignment semalam, siap submit terus!! Seterusnya, Kekja FOKUS PENGURUSAN DIRI. Basuh baju, sidai baju, kemas bilik and apa-apa sahaja yang selalu tertangguh tu. Sila lah siapkan. Buat sampai siap! Sebab tu mention besar-besar FOKUS. Bila fokus means wajib siapkan 100%. No more tangguh dah. 

Pada Kekja, rutin ni best! Just pick ONE DAY ONLY. anytime yang awak rasa sesuai untuk FOKUS 100% TO FINISH IT. and mostly pada pekerjaan yang awak suka tangguh sebab awak tak suka buat benda tu tapi kena buat jugak. yep.

So just pick one day and EAT THAT FROG! --- omputih kata eat that frog = perkara yang paling sukar dilakukan (memang susah pun kan nak makan katak? HAHAH)

Nak buat detox day pun kena ada tujuan jugak. detox untuk apa, dan apa aktiviti atau perisian hari tersebut?  - "You know when you need to do this."

Siapa buat camni jugak? Kita geng.

Mata segar bugar selepas meneguk segelas air green tea. Kekja bukan seorang yang stay up malam. Tapi hari ini, minggu ini, Kekja banyak kejar due sebab assignment bukan satu tapi seribu (hiperbola di situ). Ini merupakan pertama kali jugak Kekja dapat tugasan untuk baca beberapa journal. Minimum 15 journal sebagai references. Ofkoslah Kekja buat yang paling minimum itu. cukuplah 15 journal sahaja ok. *pengsan

Habis sahaja tugasan yang ini, Kekja fokus pada proposal Final Year Project pula (masih membaca journal). Cepat betul masa berlalu, tiba-tiba kena gendong FYP. Di kesempatan ini, Kekja nak kongsi cara mudah faham untuk baca journal. First impression kebanyakkan pelajar bila sebut baca journal atau artikel, umpama baca kamus dewan. Lepastu tak faham. Betul lah pepatah melayu, tak kenal maka tak cinta. Sebab kita tak kenal lagi cara penulisan journal dan gaya bahasa. Melayu mudah menghukum (bukan isu perkauman tapi itulah kenyataan)

Sejujurnya Kekja lebih prefer baca journal secara hardcopy sebab boleh highlight and conteng nota. For those yang ada tablet/ipad, it's better lah berbanding baca journal dekat phone atau laptop. sebab tablet/ipad boleh conteng-conteng. // Cukup mukadimah itu.

PRIORITY TO READ : ABSTRACT , INTRODUCTION, CONCLUSION

di situlah letaknya kata kunci yang korang perlukan. dari segi objektif dan penyataan masalah semuanya ada kat situ. semestinya setiap kajian adalah untuk menambahbaik sesuatu isu atau masalah. So, di dalam ABSTRACT, INTRODUCTION & CONCLUSION mengandungi perisian tersebut.

nak ingatkan jugak, incase nak print journal. Tak perlu print the whole journal. Membazir! Print bahagian ABTRACT, INTRODUCTION & CONCLUSION sahaja!

So, here we go " Impian Raya Kekja 2021 " 

Seperti tahun lepas, kita semua menjalani PKP which is tak boleh rentas pintu rumah pun kecuali beli barang dapur. Semua orang beraya kat rumah sendiri dengan insan-insan yang sempat bersama. Yep, begitu juga tahun ni. Tetapi syukur tahun ni boleh rentas daerah. Kekja beraya di Pahang. Impian Kekja untuk raya tahun ini, at least dapat beraya dengan saudara mara di Pahang. At least kitorang boleh bersama-sama sambut raya pertama. Alamak sebak pulak rasa sebab sangat teringin untuk bersama ramai-ramai sambut raya pertama. Beratur panjang salam bermaafan. In shaa Allah semoga impian kecil ini tercapai, jika itu yang terbaik untuk kami semua.

Jika ditanyakan apa impian Kekja pada diri sendiri? Kekja nak masak untuk raya tahun ni. wow! Kekja nak belajar masak rendang, dan juadah raya. Kalau boleh fully juadah raya tu semua Kekja yang masak. perghhhhh. In shaa Allah itulah impian Kekja untuk raya kalini. Terasa ingin melangkah ke fasa yang baru. eh apa tu? nak kahwin ke? Hahah. taklah, fasa dewasa dan berdikari. walaupun sejak wabak melanda, Kekja memang duduk dengan family tapi Kekja lebih suka urus hal sendiri. Kalau Kekja rasa itu tanggungjawab Kekja, then I'll do it. Jika tidak, don't bother about it. Memandangkan Kekja juga student degree online. Belajar untuk bahagi masa dan keutamaan setiap hari adalah sangat penting. Jauh lebih penting adalah mental health.

How to be better in a day?

I would like to share a short story that changed my life. - An old man lived in the village. The whole village was tired of him; he was always gloomy, he constantly complained and was always in a bad mood. The longer he lived, the viler he became and more poisonous were his words. People did their best to avoid him because his misfortune was contagious. He created the feeling of unhappiness in others.

But one day, when he turned eighty, an incredible thing happened. Instantly everyone started hearing the rumor: "The old man is happy today, he doesn't complain about anything, smiles, and even his face is freshened up.
The whole village gathered around the man and asked him, "What happened to you?"


The old man replied, "Nothing special. Eighty years I've been chasing happiness and it was useless. And then I decided to live without happiness and just enjoy life. That's why I'm happy now."

Moral of the story: Don't chase happiness. Let's focus on our present and enjoy every little things. Here some daily micro habits that can improve your focus throughout the day.


1. Smile in the mirror every morning

" Smile in the mirror. Do that every morning and you'll start to see a big difference in your life." - Yoko Ono



 A beautiful smile is a sight to behold, it helps you to boost your self-esteem and confidence. By smiling in the mirror every morning, you will know who is the priority or to focus in a day — it's you. You are the person that you must focus on throughout the day. Your smile is a source of happiness for yourself and those around you. People who start their day off with a smile on their faces will be prepared to take on all of the difficult challenges that the day may bring. Try it first and I promise you will love it.


2. A little workout




Does your mind tend to wander away from where it’s supposed to be? Don’t worry, you’re not alone. Distracted thinking is common, and something we all experience. 


Working out at the beginning of the day not only improves your fitness, but also encourages better nutrition, lifts your mood, and makes you more productive in ways an evening workout can't. As Jim Rohn has said, " Take care of your body. It's the only place you live in."


In biology, a little workout (regularly) is one of the most effective ways to reduce the symptoms of ADHD and improve concentration, motivation, memory, and mood. Physical activity immediately boosts the brain's dopamine, norepinephrine, and serotonin levels — all of which affect focus and attention.


I will recommend you to search on youtube "5 minutes workout." — only 5 minutes, sure you can do it.


3. Prepare your next day the night before




It just too much when you keep all your planning inside your brain. This can make you think a lot and have headaches often. Therefore, organizing what you are planning to do tomorrow before you get to bed or after you finish your last task at night. Thus, you'll hit the ground running when you come in the next day.


If you plan your days the night before by having a to-do list in advance, means you’re less likely to forget even a smaller thing. For example, tidying up where you work. This mean, things should be easier to find and not waste your time searching for it because it's already there — tidy.


All of us have those small habits that often go unnoticed It is because we think that either that small habits insignificant or we take them for granted because we live in a culture that celebrates big accomplishments  — what if we made it a habit to celebrate the small things?


Real-life is happening around us while we’re waiting for the big thing to happen. We usually hope our lives going to give us some sort of inner peace, contentment, or joy. The truth is the things that matter the most are the small ones. The micro habits that we never realize how important regularly doing it can change us to be more focused throughout the day. Good habits have the power to keep you on track. Let's stay focus by doing daily micro habit regularly!
