Detox hari anda!

 Haii guys! welcome back to my blog! 

(lately suka tengok bunga! dalam gambar pun boleh. just enough lol)

So harini, saya nak share another activity yang saya try untuk improve diri. Memandangkan kita sedang menghadapi pandemik Covid-19 bermula March 2020 until now. Sampai sekarang pun masih tidak dapat jangka sampai bila ianya akan berakhir. Jadi di sini, juga di luar sana pastinya sedang menghadapi kesukaran hidup masing-masing. Apa yang saya belajar dari semua ini, adalah try to adapt your own situation. Setiap orang hadapi kesukaran tersendiri. We never same. So you must try to accept that first!

First rule, everyone has their own story, own situation and own hardship. We never same.

Then, pada diri saya. Sekarang ini saya duduk kat rumah dengan keluarga. Jadi, saya kena belajar balance urusan rumah dengan belajar secara online. Kalau saya tak overcome semua ini, saya akan terus menerus mengeluh dan terasa seperti beban yang paling berat. Untuk apa sahaja keadaan, cuba untuk tidak mengeluh dan cari jalan untuk adapt situasi ini. 

This is new for me. Environment belajar yang berbeza. Then, how to stay motivated? This is not about you. This is about me. This gonna be my future reference ( a day in my life ), that i have been through something that i can't accept but try to adapt. In future kalau saya rasa down, saya rasa penat. Saya akan baca semula blog sendiri and got inspired from Kekja. Thats how I live.

Ada beberapa bulan dalam 2020, yang sangat menekan kehidupan saya. Buat saya rasa exhausted gila-gila! Then, i'm a human too. Ofcourse, saya rasa tertekan. Menangis, and not motivated at all. I allow myself to feel whatever I want to feel. No one can force or stop me.  I want to feel all alone.

Then dah lega dah puas, I will get back up again. Susun schedule elok-elok, tulis matlamat , apa yang saya nak achieve, focus on that thing, jaga kesihatan also penting! Sometimes toxic bukan saja dari surrounding you, tapi dari dalam diri you juga. So everyone need their own time to heal. 


And I found new routine that I need to practice and consisten on it. Which is Saturday Self-Day!

I choose Saturday. 

What i do on the whole Saturday?

main point : Detox your day from any socmed.

(NO INSTAGRAM, NO TWITTER) - thats all my social media. Haha

Kalau iphone di bahagian setting, ada Screen time.

Saya suka guna App Limits and Down time!

Screen time saya guna daily. 


- SATURDAY ROUTINE! -

Wake up, make early breakfast since I have gastric also make real breakfast. 

I eat early bf, lipat baju, kemas almari, kemas tempat I, sapu, lap. focus on kebersihan dan kekemasan on that day!

dah siap, saya sarapan, pastu masak untuk lunch.

then, lunch. lepak tgok kdrama.

petang, karok.

malam, relax.

no social media.


Rasa tu lain. Rasa lebih fresh! But only one day. To refresh/natural back our life. Sebab kalau lama sangat tak bersosial media, susah juga. Sekarang ni semua benda dalam phone. Belajar & kerja. 


Try lah! Mungkin boleh jadi itulah jawapan bagi segala kekusutan sekarang ni?

  1. betul tu. kadang tak buka any socmed bt rs masa tu jadi lamaaaaa je. banyak benda boleh buat.bila tgk fon kejap je rs masa tu berjalan.

  3. This is so helpful and good for your mental health! Thank you for bringing this up. I took 5 months off of Instagram last year and I feel so refreshed when I made a comeback this year. Doesn't matter if it's months or days or hours off of social media, it's the effort that counts. Your mental health comes first xx
